| Developer News 2012-10-31 | Hello world! Around 02:00 CET, when we were sound asleep, a central part of the Popmundo database got a severe case of the hiccups. This caused the system to be unable to perform certain tasks. It also caused it to perform some tasks multiple times. We've taken care of the underlying problem. We've also given all of you some nitrous oxide and steroids, so you should be feeling happy and strong. All those with VIP and Company License have had their subscriptions extended with 3 days. However, some of you have lost updates. Some of you have lost money. Some of you have become stuck where you were and missed shows. Due to the complex nature of this problem, we cannot automatically recreate what happened during the downtime. Therefore we're gonna have to rely on you to send us bug reports of your most urgent problems. Please note that we cannot help you with minor bugs such as missing character updates. We're truly sorry about this. The database gnomes will have their butts thoroughly spanked! |
